Civil, sanitary and water supply, electrification and deep tube-well works all sit with us. The school authority signs with one party and chases one party.
Single-storey blocks raised on four-storey foundations, so the department can extend vertically years later without touching the sub-structure.
Progress photographs and running-bill records are kept for every package, which is what makes measurement and final billing straightforward.
